- Open KATI.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Scroll down and select Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
You can also request deletion without the app at kati.ng/delete-account.
Upon deletion, your account and associated personal information will be removed or anonymized where reasonably possible.
Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution, or security purposes.
